CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela, July 25 (PIA) -- The Isabela Police Provincial Office (IPPO) and the 5th Infantry Division, Philippine Army based in this province have heightened their security alert status from normal to full alert in preparation to President Benigno C. Aquino III’s second State of the Nation Address (SONA) scheduled to be delivered at the Batasang Pambansa this afternoon.
